Gwadar Youth Forum (GYF) conducted an outreach session for Kennedy- Luger Youth Exchange and Study (KL-YES) program in district Hall on 18th September for high school students of Gwadar.
A large number of students from all over Gwadar attended the session. Students were enlightened about the significance of YES program and the application process during the session.
The entire session was divided into three parts; in the first part, students watched a video clip with important information about the program. In the next part, students got to know about the entire application process, from preliminary application to the test and interview through a PowerPoint presentation. In the last part, students got an opportunity to ask questions to the YES alumni.
By the end of the session, preliminary application of YES program were distributed among the participants by GYF volunteers. Gwadar Youth Forum aims to continue educational awareness programs and workshops to enlighten the youth of Gwadar.
